Meet the face behind the
‘Marketing Gremlin’
Hi, I’m Eve.
I’m a biomedical researcher turned life science marketing consultant, which probably explains why I ask so many questions.
For the first part of my career, I worked in biomedical research studying immune-pathogen interactions, early-stage drug discovery, live-cell imaging, and scientific project management. I loved the research, the problem-solving, and the endless curiosity that comes with asking good scientific questions.
Somewhere along the way, I discovered something unexpected.
I enjoyed explaining the science almost as much as doing it.
Whether I was writing articles, creating presentations, developing marketing campaigns, or helping organizations communicate their work more clearly, I found myself drawn to the challenge of translating complex ideas into something people genuinely understood.
That’s eventually led me here.
Today, I help biotech companies, CROs, and life science organizations communicate with confidence. I combine a scientist’s curiosity with a marketer’s strategy to create thoughtful content, stronger messaging, and communication that builds trust.

Frequently Asked Questions
Life sciences are my happy place.
I primarily work with biotech companies, CROs, life science vendors, and research-driven organizations that need a little extra support communicating the incredible work they’re already doing. My background in biomedical research means I’m just as comfortable talking about live-cell imaging and drug discovery as I am planning a LinkedIn campaign or rewriting a homepage.
If your work involves translating complex ideas into something people can understand, there’s a good chance we’ll get along just fine.
If it helps people understand your science, chances are I’d love to work on it.
Some clients come to me for a single white paper or website refresh. Others need help developing a content strategy, improving their LinkedIn presence, creating educational resources, or figuring out why their messaging isn’t quite landing. Whether we’re working on one project or building a longer-term strategy together, my goal is always the same: to make your science easier to understand, easier to find, and easier to trust.
And if you’re not entirely sure what you need yet? That’s okay too. Sometimes the first step is simply talking through the challenge together.
Not at all! While I’m based in Sweden and have a particular interest in supporting the Nordic life science ecosystem, I work remotely with clients around the world. Good science doesn’t stop at borders, and neither does good communication.
Before moving into marketing, I worked in biomedical research studying immune-pathogen interactions, early-stage drug discovery, and live-cell imaging. That means I understand the science behind your work before I start writing about it. Instead of spending meetings translating terminology, we can focus on communicating your expertise clearly and effectively to the people who need to hear it.
Because “guru” felt weird.
The best ideas usually arrive somewhere between a research rabbit hole, a notebook full of half-finished sketches, and a snack break (though never after midnight!). I like asking questions, experimenting with new ideas, and finding practical solutions to complicated problems. “Marketing Gremlin” seemed much more honest.
Officially? No.
Unofficially… I can neither confirm nor deny that some of my best ideas have appeared while absent-mindedly eating mochi and reorganizing a website for the third time.
Excellent Question.
There isn’t a strategic marketing reason. I just think llamas are delightful, and every website deserves at least one thing that exists purely because it makes people smile…. plus if you’re mean to them they have full carte blanche to spit in your face, and that’s pretty cool too.
Learning.
Every client introduces me to a new technology, a different scientific challenge or an entirely new way of thinking. One week I might be reading about antibody development, the next I’m learning how a new imaging platform works. Curiosity has always been my favorite part of science, and it’s still my favorite part of marketing.
It all starts with a conversation.
I offer a free, no-obligation consultation or, as I like to call it, a vibe check. We’ll chat about what you’re working on, what’s been frustrating you, and what you’d like to achieve. If it feels like we’re a good fit, I’ll put together a recommendation tailored to your goals. If not, you’ll still leave with a few fresh ideas and a better sense of your next steps.
No sales script. No awkward pressure. Just two curious people talking about great science and how to help more people appreciate it.

BONUS FAQ:
Is there actually a llama hidden somewhere on this website?
Maybe 😉 Curiosity is a valuable quality in both scientists and visitors.
